San Francisco Bay Area Chapter 21 Standing Committees
ARM Committee
Organizes events and activities specifically designed for members holding the Accredited Residential Management certification.
Awards Committee
Selects recipients of the Chapter awards presented at the Holiday Luncheon and recognition event.
Communications Committee
Oversees the publication of the Chapter electronic newsletter and the Chapter website, participating in the collection of articles, columns and other items of interest to members.
Education Committee
Participates in the development of the Chapter’s course schedule and assists in the on-site and off-site facilitation of classes. Reviews the instructor, course and site evaluations.
Friends of IREM Committee
Recruits Friends of IREM and provides support services that enhance their investment.
Golf Tournament Committee
Oversees the details of the annual Commercial Real Estate Golf Tournament co-hosted by IREM SF and NCalCCIM.
Legislative Affairs Committee
Monitors state and local governmental activities impacting the property management industry and serves as a liaison with the California Business Properties Association.
Membership Committee
Interviews potential CPM Candidates and designees and provides information relating to chapter membership and participation.
Programs Committee
Arranges for speakers for the Chapter luncheon meetings and plans social and networking events.
Rebuilding Together Committee
Coordinates the Chapter’s community service program, providing volunteer and logistical support for the annual work day.
